Job summary

TATA Consultancy Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Shared Services associate to support HRSS processes, including employee relations, data management, background adjudication, and investigations in the Manila area.

The role focuses on I) providing initial support for HR requests, II) maintaining accurate HR records, III) supporting HR Business Partners with reporting and ERP data updates, and IV) ensuring data quality in the HCM system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with transitions, including due diligence, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, and Go-Live activities for the US geography.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong service orientation with a demonstrated willingness and commitment to support both the team and its customers.
• Ability to take initiative, work proactively with minimal direction, and demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization for the above processes, as well as other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Provide support to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, including but not limited to reporting, data corrections, and updates in the ERP system.
• Manage data quality by ensuring data is up to date, driving processes, and ensuring audit reports are clean and accurate within the HCM system.
• Administer new hires, employee changes, and separations within the organization.
• Support the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
