Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supervisor for the GHRSS service team to lead onboarding, hourly offer and global mobility processes with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

You will coach and develop team members, manage workflow, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Legal, and Finance to deliver seamless HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in HR shared services, HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, or related HR function.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or supervising team members in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, talent integration, offer management, employee administration, or global mobility processes.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices.
• Experience managing service delivery against established KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and performance objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.
• Experience handling escalated and sensitive employee, candidate, or stakeholder issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, business, and functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with HRIS, case management systems, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred; knowledge of immigration, relocation, international assignment, or global mobility processes is preferred.
• Experience supporting multinational or shared services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the GHRSS Onboarding, Hourly Offer, and Global Mobility team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes.
• Manage workflow distribution, prioritize workloads, and monitor team productivity, service levels, accuracy, and KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, regulatory requirements, and established service standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-impact cases related to onboarding, hourly offers, and global mobility.
• Provide coaching, guidance, performance feedback, and development support to team members to drive operational excellence and employee engagement.
• Identify process inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and establish controls to enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution.
• Oversee the delivery of Day 1-ready onboarding experiences that support new hire engagement, preparedness, and early retention.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of hourly offer processes while adhering to compensation guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support global talent mobility activities by coordinating employee relocations, international assignments, and cross-border workforce movements.
• Mitigate immigration, regulatory, and compliance risks by ensuring global mobility activities align with applicable local, regional, and global requirements.
• Monitor and improve service quality, reduce documentation errors, eliminate rework, and prevent service delays.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture that emphasizes responsiveness, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.
• Drive consistency, operational effectiveness, and service excellence across all assigned functional areas.
