Gallagher Manila is seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to lead HR Operations and support services across our global business. You will manage a team of HR Associates and SMEs, ensuring timely delivery of HR services and driving continuous improvement while maintaining local compliance.

This role focuses on building strong client and employee partnerships, optimizing processes, and coordinating with onshore and offshore stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; PM experience preferred.
• PM experience and Lean/Six Sigma are advantageous.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train a team of HR Representatives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Develop policies and standards for HR support.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and audits.
