Job summary

PM Consulting in Manila seeks a seasoned HR leader to bridge strong operational HR leadership with technology and AI-driven transformation for a 200-person organization, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and employee experience.

You will lead HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, and service delivery while championing HR digital programs from design to implementation, partnering with global, regional, and local stakeholders, and mentoring the Manila HR team.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services and day-to-day HR operations for the Manila organization.
• Oversee Employee Relations, ensuring consistent and compliant handling of employee concerns and cases.
• Drive HR process improvement, service quality, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Lead HR technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
• Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align HR operations and transformation priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Manila HR team supporting approximately 200 employees.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of HR transformation initiatives, including improvements in efficiency, productivity, cost, and employee experience.

This role will lead HR operations for a 200-person Manila organization, with a strong focus on HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, service delivery, and employee experience. Beyond day-to-day HR leadership, the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of personally leading HR technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives that improved efficiency, quality, or the overall employee experience.

We are looking for someone who can operate strategically while remaining close enough to the business to understand the details, solve problems, and drive implementation.
