Job summary

Flatworld Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager, Human Resources-Operations Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner for assigned units. You will balance advisory work with hands‑on execution, align people strategies with productivity, engagement, and compliance, and collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.

You will handle talent management, employee engagement, relations, and HR operations excellence, including onboarding, payroll

Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a supervisory/business partner role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR operations
• Proficiency in HR analytics and workforce planning
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Sprout HR, ProHance or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner for assigned business units, translating goals into HR deliverables
• Drive talent management through learning plans, succession planning, and leadership development
• Lead engagement initiatives and retention programs with data-driven improvement plans
• Manage employee relations, policy adherence, and due process in line with Philippine Labor Code
• Oversee onboarding, payroll inputs, and HR service delivery SLAs
• Prepare monthly HR scorecards with key metrics and insights
