Job summary

Globus Trading Company in Manila is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, design and implement people strategies, and coordinate employee relations. You will ensure a smooth hiring experience while aligning HR initiatives with business needs.

The role also requires maintaining accurate employee records, guiding performance discussions, and upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced office environment. This position is based in-office in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Office-based role with occasional extended hours during peak recruitment periods.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and providing solutions.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Facilitate performance management discussions and appraisals.
