Job summary

You will develop policies, manage recruitment end-to-end, support performance management, and partner with managers to drive engagement and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with strong exposure to general HR functions.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labour Code, DOLE requirements, statutory benefits and HR compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and with integrity.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple HR tasks within deadlines.
• Willing and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and engagement.
• Develop, update and implement HR policies and programs that comply with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies across sourcing channels.
• Improve employee experience via engagement programs, workplace communication and retention initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
• Guide managers and staff on HR policies, workplace concerns and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure accurate administration of compensation, benefits, records and HR documentation.
• Monitor HR metrics to support better decision-making in hiring, turnover and training needs.
• Plan and implement training and development to improve skills and leadership.
