Job summary

Gallagher Manila is seeking a senior payroll leader to oversee semi-monthly gross-to-net runs across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Philippine labor regulations. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with HR and Finance, and drive system automation to improve processes.

The role requires a university degree with at least six years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of ERPs and taxation, and proficiency in HRIS and Excel.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ERPs and taxation.
• Experience with payroll processes and cross-functional collaboration (HR/Finance).
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with vendor management and coordinating with external service providers.
• Ability to ensure data integrity across payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, mentor, and upskill a team of payroll analysts, setting KPIs and targets.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple sites and ensure accuracy in semi-monthly gross-to-net runs.
• Implement internal controls, governance frameworks, and processes for compliance and audits.
• Partner with Finance and HR to drive system upgrades, automation, and data integrity.
