Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to manage timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and related payroll inputs.

You will validate payroll data, handle salary adjustments, allowances, and employee movements, and administer benefits such as HMO and government contributions.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in HR/related field and at least 2 years HR experience with knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field; 2+ years in HR.
• Strong timekeeping and attendance management experience; payroll processing a plus.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits; strong numerical and analytical skills.
