Power Tractire Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an HR professional to manage timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records. You will oversee government-mandated benefits and ensure accurate submission and remittance of contributions and reports.

The role requires 2+ years of HR experience in timekeeping, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and proficiency in MS Office. You will maintain HR databases and ensure confidentiality while supporting DOLE reporting and insurance

Competenze

• Graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related course.
• At least 2 years HR experience in timekeeping and mandated benefits.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong coordination skills.

• Ensure accurate submission and remittance of contributions and related reports.

• Prepare and process employee insurance enrollment, updates, and claims.
