Job summary

Ramesh Trading Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Officer to support performance management, policy counseling, and employee relations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Psychology, solid HR experience, and a sound understanding of labor laws, with a focus on accurate records and compliance.

You will organize orientation, assist hiring, and help implement HR initiatives, working across levels of the organization to resolve questions and ensure fair treatment and development

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Officer or other HR position.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
