Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, personnel documentation, and disciplinary procedures.
Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy in handling confidential employee information.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees, supervisors, department heads, and Management.
Must demonstrate professionalism, fairness, good judgment, and confidentiality when handling employee concerns.
Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment and perform other HR-related duties assigned by Management.
