World Citi Colleges in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition/HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will coordinate with departments to fill vacancies, ensure compliance with hiring procedures, and maintain accurate personnel records across 201 files and payroll systems.
The role also involves supporting timekeeping, benefits, and staff development initiatives, with a focus on recruitment efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Develops and implements effective Talent Acquisition strategies, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, and negotiation, to attract and hire qualified candidates.
Ensures that all available sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and strategies are utilized to effectively fulfill approved manpower requirements.
Coordinates with departments, colleges, and offices regarding manpower requirements to ensure that vacancies are filled within the prescribed recruitment period.
Ensures the proper facilitation and compliance with established recruitment and hiring procedures, including the processing of Personnel/Faculty Requisition Forms and Demo Teaching, when applicable.
Handles the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, testing, interviews, hiring, job offer, contract issuance, completion of pre-employment requirements, 201 file preparation, payroll endorsement, onboarding, and personnel movement/regularization.
Ensures that newly hired employees are properly provided with their Identification Card, DTR/attendance requirements, and Job Description upon onboarding.
Conducts Basic Orientation and refresher sessions for newly hired employees to ensure proper understanding of company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
Coordinates employee training and development programs with the HR Head Office – Training & Development Section.
Coordinates with the HR Head Office regarding updates and revisions to administrative structures, including Job Descriptions and Organizational Charts, as well as the implementation of internal and external training programs.
Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition and Timekeeping & Benefits Sections of the HR Head Office regarding concerns and matters related to recruitment, timekeeping, and employee benefits.
Ensures the timely facilitation and completion of employee regularization requirements and processes.
Participates in and represents the school division in job fairs, career fairs, and other recruitment activities and programs.
Coordinates with the HR Head Office regarding the recruitment and hiring of shared-services personnel.
Prepares and submits accurate monthly statistical reports, including:
Manpower Request Monitoring
Personnel Movement Monitoring
Manpower Report
New Hires Database
KPIM Monthly Progress Report
Safekeeping and maintains accurate, complete, and updated 201 files and personnel databases in accordance with established records management procedures.
Gathers, consolidates, and monitors end-of-semester Employee Evaluation Results and ensures proper submission to the concerned HR office.
Attends to employee queries, concerns, and grievances; facilitates due process for minor cases and prepares/forwards incident reports involving serious and grave cases to the HR Head Office for appropriate action.
Coordinates with various departments, colleges, and offices in the planning and implementation of employee recreational, fellowship, engagement, and other employee-related activities.
Ensures the timely processing and distribution of employee incentives and recognition, including Perfect Attendance and Birthday Tokens.
Processes, encodes, verifies, and posts submitted timekeeping forms, attendance records, and related employee information into the Payroll System.
Verifies employee attendance, hours worked, and approved attendance adjustments, and ensures that accurate information is properly recorded in the system.
Processes and facilitates employee requests and inquiries concerning government-mandated benefits and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Receives, verifies, and processes forms and supporting documents related to benefits administration, including SSS/HDMF loans, sickness and maternity benefits, PhilHealth/PHiC concerns, BIR updates, and other government and regulatory requirements.
Compiles, consolidates, and summarizes reports and records related to employee benefits and government-mandated programs.
Prepares Acknowledgment Receipts for employees who tender their resignation.
Facilitates employee clearance processes in coordination with the respective signatories and ensures the timely submission of completed clearances to Payroll for final pay processing.
Prepares and maintains accurate monthly reports and databases covering:
Tardiness and Absences
Resigned Employees
Perfect Attendance
Disciplinary Actions Related to Tardiness
Clearance Monitoring
Exit Interviews
Prepares Employment Certificates and other employment-related certifications as requested and authorized.
Prepares memoranda, advisories, and other official communications concerning local holidays and related attendance and timekeeping matters.
Ensures that the 201 files of resigned employees are properly completed, organized, safeguarded, and transferred to the appropriate archive for retention.
Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations, company policies, and labor standards relating to employee benefits, attendance, and timekeeping.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
