Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
  • To create and review all necessary process and documentation of CompenBen Group

  • Reviewing all necessary ATD to all employees

  • Reviewing all data’s of SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH

  • Reviewing coverage of HMO and other insurances

  • Streamline processes and procedures related to payroll and mandatories

Recruitment and Staffing
  • Conduct final interviews for all technical professional applicants to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational standards

  • Oversee the selection process of qualified candidates and ensure consistency in hiring decisions

  • Perform final review of all pre-employment requirements and ensure completeness and compliance prior to onboarding

  • Review final candidate evaluations and endorsement results before submission for approval

  • Analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas

  • Recommend strategic improvements to recruitment processes, policies, and sourcing strategies to the HRA Head

  • Propose streamlining initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring turnaround time

Training and Development
  • Facilitate basic trainings and orientation to crucial positions such as supervisory and managerial positions

Employee Relations
  • Facilitate admin hearings whenever the HR Head is not available

  • Serving disciplinary actions to those who are involved in major/minor offenses

  • Counseling of employees to prevent repeatable offenses

  • Overseeing all people practices to ensure they are legally compliant

  • Dealing disputes appropriately

  • Ensuring engagement is maintained and managers act in a way that involves their staff

  • Supporting the organization through restructures

Admin and Operations
  • Provide operational support by recommending ideas, improvements, and practical solutions to enhance efficiency and workflow

  • Understand, analyze, and help conceptualize operational processes to support business execution

  • Work closely with the Operations Department under the supervision of the HRA Head to ensure alignment of HR and operational requirements

  • Spearhead company-sponsored activities, employee engagement programs, and organizational events to strengthen employee morale and participation

  • Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including review and evaluation of related proposals and implementation plans

  • Oversee procurement and purchase of office supplies, ensuring proper coordination, justification, and cost efficiency

  • Review and evaluate proposals related to administrative and engagement initiatives prior to endorsement to the HRA Head

  • Ensure proper records management, including safekeeping, organization, and confidentiality of all 201 files and HR-related documents

  • Receive, filter, and coordinate queries from supervisory and managerial levels through established communication channels

  • Represent the organization in meetings as assigned by the HRA Head or management

  • Facilitate coordination and resolution between departments to address operational issues and concerns

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and memos for managers and supervisors required

  • Perform other administrative and HR supervisory functions related to operations, compliance, and organizational support

  • Review all employee evaluations and performance assessments, and elevate consolidated findings and recommended outcomes to the HRA Head for strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of appropriate next steps
