Responsibilities
This role covers HR operations including employee records, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, corporate events, and exit processes.
- Employee Record keeping
- Build up and maintain the Employee 201 Files and Employee Database in the HR Information System
- Monitor and document all employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and resignations
- Timekeeping and Leaves Monitoring
- Administer the timekeeping and leaves management of all the employees.
- Payroll Administration
- Assist in administering payroll processing of all the regular employees.
- Benefits Administration
- Monitor and administer all employee-related government-mandated and Company-initiated benefits
- Performance Management
- Spearhead the semi-annual Performance Management cycle by triggering all Group / Departments Heads to conduct their performance assessment with their respective staff
- Employee Relations / Counseling
- Initiate / accommodate any employee-related concerns regarding employment and work conditions in the Company
- Strive to address or elevate any critical employee-related concerns to Management as needed
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Responsible for the successful onboarding and orientation of all new hires, including but not limited to, preparing offer letters, submitting online background checks, preparing new employee files, preparing and processing new hire forms, documentation, explaining benefits, etc.
- Assisting the end-to-end recruitment process
- Corporate Events
- Assist in OMD-initiated corporate events such as Summer Outing / Teambuilding, Sportsfest, General Assemblies, Business Planning and Christmas Party
- Processes and manages exit management (Clearance, exit interview)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Must have at least 6 months of relevant working experience in the field of Human Resources
- Must be knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proactive and flexible
- Organized and keen to details
- Must have strong emotional maturity and can work under pressure
- Willing to work overtime as necessary
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable in dealing with employees across all levels in the organization
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
