Beauchè International in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee the HR department's daily operations and implement robust policies and programs. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with the Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
The role requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with supervisory exposure, and a strong focus on confidentiality and professional conduct in a dynamic environment.
Oversee the overall operations and daily activities of the Human Resources Department.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, systems, and programs.
Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, hiring, onboarding, and deployment.
Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, employee records, 201 files, and other personnel documents.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, probationary evaluation, regularization, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
Manage and monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, leaves, absences, tardiness, undertime, and other attendance-related concerns.
Oversee payroll-related HR processes, including attendance validation, salary adjustments, deductions, incentives, and other employee compensation information.
Develop and coordinate employee training, orientation, development, and engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE regulations, and other applicable employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and ensure proper documentation of all personnel transactions.
Coordinate with government agencies and external parties on HR and employment-related concerns when necessary.
Assist in manpower planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
Identify HR issues and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure consistent implementation of Company rules, policies, procedures, and standards across all departments and branches.
Supervise, train, and evaluate HR staff and ensure proper delegation and completion of HR responsibilities.
Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and functions.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory employment requirements.
Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, performance management, training, disciplinary procedures, and HR documentation.
Experience handling employee complaints, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems or HRIS.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
