Job summary

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager in the Philippines to lead the integration of HR service delivery, onboarding, and talent management. You will direct HR Generalist activities, partner with department heads, and ensure compliant, timely employee lifecycle processes.

You will oversee recruitment, rewards, employee relations, and engagement programs, driving HR excellence across functions and repeatedly improving service levels and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive HR Manager experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Experience across multiple HR functions and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR services including onboarding, records, promotions, transfers, regularization, and separation.
• Ensure HR transactions and requests are processed accurately within service levels.
• Identify issues, backlogs, and documentation gaps; implement improvements.
• Monitor HR service performance and provide management updates.
• Lead recruitment and selection from requisition through onboarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, statutory requirements, and reward programs.
• Lead engagement, recognition, wellness, and employee experience programs.
• Handle employee relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

About the role

The HR Manager leads and oversees the integrated delivery of HR Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. The role provides functional direction to the HR Generalist team, partners with Department Heads on workforce and employee matters, monitors HR service levels and people‑related risks, and ensures HR policies, programs, and employee lifecycle processes are implemented effectively and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR services covering onboarding, employee records, promotions, transfers, regularization, and separation
• Ensure HR transactions and employee requests are processed accurately and within service‑level requirements
• Identify recurring issues, backlogs, and documentation gaps and implement improvements
• Monitor HR service performance and provide management updates
• Lead the recruitment and selection process from manpower requisition validation through hiring and onboarding
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, vacancy aging, sourcing effectiveness, offers, and hiring bottlenecks
• Partner with hiring managers on job requirements, selection criteria, priorities, and timelines
• Oversee compensation, benefits, statutory requirements, and reward programs
• Lead engagement, recognition, wellness, and employee experience programs
• Lead employee relations cases, grievances, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive HR Manager experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Experience across multiple HR functions covered by the role
• Strong proficiency in HR systems, productivity tools, reporting, and data analysis
