Job summary

Infinity-Ways Manpower Corporation is seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager in the Philippines to lead Recruitment, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Operations for our local team. You will collaborate with management and regional HR to support growth, ensure compliance, and foster a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR with strong recruitment and ER, deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience building HR processes or systems from the ground up is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Support HR projects and implement HR policies and programs.
