Job Summary
The Corporate HR Manager will oversee and manage the company's overall Human Resources functions, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will handle employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall HR operations and ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Manage employee relations, including employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
Oversee performance management, including performance appraisal, goal setting, evaluation, and performance improvement plans.
Manage compensation and benefits, including salary administration, payroll coordination, benefits programs, incentives, and employee welfare programs.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with business requirements and applicable labor regulations.
Oversee learning and development, including training needs analysis, employee development programs, leadership development, and career progression.
Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Handle HR analytics and reporting, including headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, absenteeism, performance, and other HR-related reports.
Oversee organizational development and workforce planning, including succession planning, career pathing, and organizational structure.
Ensure proper management of employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS/database systems.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and department heads on employee-related matters.
Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring proper delegation, coaching, performance management, and achievement of departmental goals.
Partner with senior management in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with experience managing multiple HR functions.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
Experience in HR policy development, labor relations, and Philippine labor law compliance.
Proven experience in HR team leadership and people management.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
Experience with HRIS and HR reporting/analytics is an advantage.
