The Human Resource Manager will lead the People & Culture function, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws while fostering a positive, engaging, and mission-driven workplace. This role is responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives that support organizational growth and employee well-being.
Key responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring candidates meet organizational standards and onboarding is smooth and engaging
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with Philippine labor law and company values
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions fairly and transparently
Lead performance appraisal cycles, set KPIs, and support managers in coaching and developing their teams
Design programs that improve employee satisfaction, recognition, and retention, including wellness and learning initiatives
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership pipelines
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Provide insights to leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
Proven track record in policy design, employee relations, and compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Empathetic, strategic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and Microsoft Office tools
