Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage HR operations, advise management, and shape HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will act as a liaison between HR and other business units to ensure coherence across teams.

Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development of HR programs covering recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or Management Engineering.
• At least 8 years in HR services, organizational development, strategic HR systems, labor management, CBA negotiation, with ≥5 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge in labor laws and in-depth exposure in managing employee issues.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the FMCG operation and business.
