I. Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and competitiveness.
Direct recruitment and workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
Lead performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including policy implementation and records management.
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Advise managers on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Facilitate change management processes and drive a positive workplace culture.

II. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.

Proven ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Relevant certifications in labor law, employee relations, or HR management are an advantage.
