Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage HR operations, advise management, and develop HR strategies that support our business goals. The role also serves as a liaison between HR and other business units, ensuring alignment across functions.

The incumbent will participate in ongoing development of HR programs including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development to strengthen our FMCG operations.

Qualifications

• College graduate with degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or Management Engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate: Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or Management Engineering.
• At least 8 years of work experience in HR services, organizational development, strategic HR systems, labor management, CBA negotiation, at least 5 years of which in a leadership capacity.
• Knowledge in labor laws and in-depth exposure in managing employee issues.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the FMCG operation and business.
