Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. seeks a senior HR leader to oversee HR operations, advise management, and shape HR strategies aligned with business goals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, drive recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development programs, and ensure compliant, people-centric practices across the FMCG organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or Management Engineering.
• 8+ years in HR services, organizational development, strategic HR systems, labor management; 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of labor laws and handling employee issues.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of FMCG operations and business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate: Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or Management Engineering.
• At least 8 years of work experience in HR services, organizational development, strategic HR systems, labor management, CBA negotiation, at least 5 years of which in a leadership capacity.
• Knowledge in labor laws and in-depth exposure in managing employee issues.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the FMCG operation and business.
