Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or any business course.
• At least 7 years of managerial experience.
• Proven expertise in Collective Bargaining negotiations in a multi-union environment.
• Extensive experience with ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications in HR operations.
• Knowledgeable about PEZA, DOLE and other regulatory HR requirements.
• Working knowledge on Energy Management System.
• Proven output on cost saving programs.
• Knowledgeable on risk management.
• Knowledgeable on Data Privacy.
