Job summary

HR Partner in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll-related tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

The role emphasizes performance management, benefits administration, and engaging our workforce through HR projects and initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and at least 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR role or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
