Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of employees.
• Address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a positive working environment.
• Maintain employee 201 files, personnel records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and payroll-related information.
• Assist in administering employee benefits, government contributions, loans, and other company benefits.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations, probationary assessments, and regular performance reviews.
• Assist in organizing employee training, orientation, and development programs.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and compliance with DOLE requirements and government regulations.
• Assist in handling administrative cases, incident reports, notices, and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, attendance summaries, and other management reports.
• Maintain accurate and complete employee records and ensure timely processing of HR transactions.
• Support timely completion of recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and other HR activities.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
