Job summary

A leading company in the region is seeking an HR Generalist to handle all aspects of human resources including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of HR experience. This role is based in Bacoor, Cavite and requires onsite work six days a week, ensuring a supportive environment for both employees and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role.
• Broad knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, and labor law compliance.
• Willing to work onsite, 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process including candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Administer and monitor employee performance appraisals.
• Address employee concerns with fairness and confidentiality.
• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate training programs and track employee progress.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and draft HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and support management in HR projects.
