We're looking for a proactive and hands‑on HR Generalist to join our team and work closely with the HR Manager and management team. This role offers broad exposure to recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, labor compliance, HR administration, and employee engagement.
Manage and support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates through JobStreet, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
Assist with job offers, pre‑employment requirements, and onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring needs
Support recruitment and onboarding of both corporate employees and real estate sales personnel/agents
Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and HR inquiries
Assist in addressing attendance issues, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts
Prepare HR notices, memoranda, incident reports, and related documentation
Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly/semi‑monthly payroll
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or HR Specialist
MUST HAVE a wide variety of knowledge about REAL ESTATE and a background in REAL ESTATE.
Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR administration
Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
Experience handling SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other employee benefits
Experience with payroll preparation and HR documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
