The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and a positive work environment.
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy of employee records, attendance, and leave information
Do job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and preparation of offer letters
Facilitate onboarding processes, including contract preparation, orientation, and policy briefing; manage offboarding, asset returns, and exit interviews
Prepare and verify payroll data; assist with payroll processing; administer employee benefits and address related inquiries
Support handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and complaints while maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with protocols
Assist in organizing performance appraisals, maintaining performance records, and following up on development plans
Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and addressing employee concerns
Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and company policies; update and communicate HR policies as needed
Coordinate and track employee training, organize training sessions, and help develop training materials
Monitor attendance records, process leave requests, and ensure compliance with leave policies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR administrative role, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
Efficient in using AI tools for productivity and HR operations
Experience with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and empathetic approach in handling sensitive matters
Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and case management procedures
