Job summary

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and people-oriented, with 1–3 years in HR and knowledge of Philippine labor laws, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and offboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination of hiring requirements.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other personnel-related documents.
• Monitor attendance, leave, employee movements, and other HR-related records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and coordinate with the relevant team or payroll provider.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Assist in implementing and communicating company policies, procedures, and HR programs.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a general HR role.
• Candidates with a proven track record ofhigh-volume recruitment and talent acquisitionwill have an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
