Job summary

CloudCFO in the Philippines is seeking an HR role to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employer branding, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology and 0–2 years of HR experience or internship. Strong communication, organization, and English proficiency are required, with Filipino language a plus.

About the role

This is an HR role supporting end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employer branding, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and interview logistics.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels as directed by HR leadership.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status) and prepare status reports.
• Guide new hires through payroll and documentation procedures and coordinate onboarding schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and track attendance.
• Help organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Assist employees with benefits questions, including statutory requirements, HMO, leaves, and loans.
• Help process and file government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.).
• Support HR leadership in handling employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship or OJT experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee records).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
