Job summary

Swift Up is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in an onsite Cubao, Quezon City environment. You will manage employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in employee relations, HR admin, recruitment, and performance management.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR files.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
• Manage employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and other employee relations cases.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll-related information, attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports, memos, notices, and other documentation.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate with government agencies and external providers when necessary.
