Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and engagement activities.
You will oversee job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate orientation while maintaining confidential records and accurate HR data.
About the role
This is an HR Generalist position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to onboarding
Prepare and post job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
Conduct reference and background checks when required
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files
Coordinate with payroll personnel to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Address employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially
Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, leave, and other workforce metrics
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role, ideally as an HR Generalist
Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws, payroll coordination, and standard HR workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and empathetic interpersonal skills
CHRA, CHRP, or equivalent HR certifications are highly regarded
