Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and engagement activities.

You will oversee job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate orientation while maintaining confidential records and accurate HR data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, payroll coordination, and standard HR workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic interpersonal skills.
• HR certifications (CHRA/CHRP) are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Prepare and post job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Conduct reference and background checks when required.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files.
• Coordinate with payroll personnel to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Address employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, leave, and other workforce metrics.
