Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking an HR professional with at least 2 years of HR experience to manage multiple HR functions. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, compensation & benefits, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Knowledgeable with HR Operations; recruitment, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, compensation & benefits, and Philippine labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
