Job summary

Recruitify_HR in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage people operations across branches. You will handle end-to-end HR functions, employee relations, payroll, and administrative cases.

The successful candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, deep knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and regulatory requirements, strong leadership, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Willingness to travel to branch sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/psychology/business administration or related field
• 5+ years HR experience, Generalist preferred
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Experience in end-to-end HR functions, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and administrative cases
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel and conduct branch visits as needed
