Job summary

Dimak Solutions Corp. is seeking an HR Generalist in Makati to support end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, records management, benefits, payroll documentation, and compliance with labor laws.

You will collaborate on employee relations, training, and HR reporting while maintaining confidentiality in HRIS data and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Can work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, memos, notices, certificates, and other HR documents.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate onboarding programs.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and disciplinary cases.
  • Assist in performance evaluation, employee development, and training programs.
  • Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and BIR for HR-related requirements.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and other management reports.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
