Job summary

Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, while maintaining employee records and HR documentation. The role also focuses on aiding employee engagement initiatives and organizational development.

You will address employee relations concerns, coordinate training activities, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations in a fast-paced onsite environment in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• At least a year of HR experience.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
