Autokid Mobility Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits, and HR documentation.
You will maintain records, assist in onboarding and offboarding, monitor attendance, and help with payroll-related matters and government-mandated benefits. The role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits, HR documentation, and other personnel-related activities. The role ensures that HR processes are properly implemented and aligned with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and job offers.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leaves, absences, and other employee concerns.
Assist in payroll-related concerns and government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Handle employee relations concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
Prepare HR reports, memos, notices, and other personnel documents.
Assist in the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR programs.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
Coordinate with department heads and branch personnel regarding manpower and employee concerns.
Assist in disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation in accordance with company policy and applicable labor regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or any related field.
With 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or HR-related functions.
Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits, and HR administration.
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple HR tasks.
