General Job Description: The HR Generalist is responsible for the effective administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s human resource programs and practices. The position provides end-to-end support across key HR functions, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
The HR Generalist serves as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters and is expected to ensure the consistent and proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
The position is accountable for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring timely completion of HR processes, monitoring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and providing management with appropriate HR guidance and recommendations.
The HR Generalist is also responsible for identifying HR and employee-related issues, conducting appropriate fact-finding and documentation, recommending corrective actions when necessary, and coordinating with management to promote a productive, compliant, and positive workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR-related certifications, seminars, or training are an advantage.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions.
Strong understanding of basic HR principles, employment practices, and Philippine labor regulations.
