Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments such as F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and HRIS or payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Comfortable working with frontline and managerial employees.
