Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions in the Philippines, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, serve as the primary point of contact for staff, and collaborate with management to align HR practices with organizational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience in a generalist role preferred.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS or HR management software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and online job platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
