Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and government registrations.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, government contributions, leaves, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG registrations and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential files; ensure audit readiness.
  • Prepare HR documents such as memorandums, disciplinary actions, AWOL notices, and clearances.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee lifecycle processes: onboarding, renewals, offboarding, and final pay.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
  • Generate HR reports on recruitment, payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational objectives.

About the role

This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, administering employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations, and supporting employee relations across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checking, onboarding, and employee registration with government agencies
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits, including payroll preparation, payslip distribution, government contributions, loan deductions, leave administration, and reimbursement processing
  • Ensure timely registration, updating, and compliance of employee records with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
  • Maintain and organize employee 201 files, HR databases, and personnel records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring confidentiality and audit readiness
  • Prepare, monitor, and coordinate HR documents such as memorandums, incident reports, disciplinary actions, AWOL notices, return-to-work notices, and employment clearances
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating investigations, assisting in conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace environment
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract renewals, project completion monitoring, offboarding, exit interviews, clearance processing, and final pay coordination
  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, company policies, and other statutory employment requirements
  • Generate and maintain accurate HR reports and monitoring systems covering recruitment, payroll, attendance, leaves, benefits, employee relations cases, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate with management and department heads to support organizational objectives through effective human resource planning, policy implementation, and administrative support
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist in any industry
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
  • Relevant training in Human Resources, such as Counseling and Leadership Training, is preferred
  • Certifications or training in BOSH, COSH, and First Aid are considered an advantage
