Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including records, onboarding, offboarding, policies, and administration.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from planning to onboarding.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leaves, deductions, and DOLE contributions.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage disciplinary actions, warnings, and notices of decision.
• Implement performance management, evaluations, and PIPs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements.
• Coordinate permits, registrations, and government compliance.
• Support employee engagement, training, and OSH initiatives.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Generalist who will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and provide HR support to both management and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, and administration
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning and sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions
• Handle employee relations, grievances, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Manage disciplinary actions and due process, including NTEs, administrative investigations, written warnings, and notices of decision
• Implement and monitor performance management, probationary evaluations, regularization, performance reviews, and PIPs
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and government-mandated benefits
• Manage and coordinate annual business permit renewals and other company registrations/compliance requirements with relevant government offices
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives
• Support and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance, workplace safety programs, and incident documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a Senior HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or HR Manager role
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, disciplinary action, performance management, and HR compliance
• Experience in business permit renewal and government compliance coordination is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential employee matters professionally
