• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee workforce planning in collaboration with department managers.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave management, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting engagement.
• Advise managers on performance improvement, disciplinary actions, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality and data integrity.
• Lead performance evaluation, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
