Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic HRD Manager to join our client’s manufacturing organization in Cebu. The role oversees HR and Organizational Development across Visayas and Mindanao, ensuring effective HR strategies, employee engagement, compliance, and development across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in relevant field.
• ,
• Experience in manufacturing HR/OD with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
• Strong stakeholder management across Visayas and Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Organizational Development functions across Visayas and Mindanao.
• Develop talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development programs.
• Drive succession planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives across sites.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
• Partner with site leaders to provide strategic HR support and drive workforce planning.
