Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring an HR Officer to support onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workplace safety. You will ensure a positive, compliant and safe environment while maintaining accurate HR records and policies.

The role emphasizes handling confidential information professionally, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration across all levels of the organization in a Philippines-based office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of extensive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Basic knowledge of medical and logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and provide employee onboarding support.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and maintain records.
• Monitor workplace safety, health policies, and incident investigations.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
