Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in Cebu City to lead accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. You will supervise the accounting team, oversee AP/AR/GL functions, and collaborate with management to support budgeting and cash flow management.

You will prepare financial statements, manage audits, and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in line with PFRS and tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA designation is highly preferred.
• 6–8 years of managerial experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, taxation, and audits.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) and other core functions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with standards.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly Budget vs. Actual variance reports.
• Generate timely financial and management reports to support planning and decision-making.
• Manage internal and external audits and address audit findings.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets.
