Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Data Management Team Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure high-quality, confidential handling of the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, data accuracy, and stakeholder collaboration across locations.
You will guide process improvements, develop training plans, manage case workflows, and ensure service levels are met while driving performance and engagement within the team.

We are looking for an experienced HR Data Management Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and lead a team supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, HR data management, employee development, retention, and offboarding while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Oversee talent, onboarding, and employee lifecycle data management processes.
Manage daily operational activities, including case management, request distribution, and process assessments.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of individual and team deliverables.
Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for process-related concerns.
Develop and facilitate training plans for new and existing team members.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives within the team.
Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process tools.
Monitor team utilization, workload distribution, and task completion.
Prepare and evaluate HR reports covering workload, service-level agreements (SLAs), quality, and process efficiency.
Coordinate status reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership and People Management
Lead and promote teamwork, innovation, and excellent customer service.
Coach, mentor, and guide team members in daily operations and performance.
Establish and monitor performance objectives aligned with company OKRs.
Review work accuracy, track performance metrics, and provide technical guidance on complex issues.
Identify development opportunities and implement competency-building plans.
Conduct performance appraisals and follow-ups in accordance with company policies.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR partners and stakeholders across different locations and business areas.
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in people management, HR management, end-to-end employee lifecycle, ticket management, direct handling of international candidates, and shared services operations.
Experience leading a team in a shared services environment supporting global operations.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle data management.
Proficiency in HR processes, systems, and tools across the employee lifecycle.
Experience managing and utilizing ATS, hiring, ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of performance metrics, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies and business functions.
Experience in multicultural, fast-paced, or growing organizations is an advantage.
Willingness to cover CET/AEST shifts when required.
Preferred
Proficiency in Workday or other relevant ATS, hiring, or ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience in data reporting and analytics.
Strong problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and conflict management skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while achieving results through teamwork and delegation.
