J&T Express Philippines is seeking an HR Supervisor/Manager to oversee recruitment, manpower forecasting, and employee data accuracy, and to implement new hire orientation and recognition programs. The role also supervises compensation, benefits, and attendance policies, handles sensitive inquiries, and ensures legal compliance.

Oversees the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Forecasts manpower needs.
Ensures accuracy of employee database (Office Needed)
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Performs routine supervision required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, as well as, complex and/or sensitive matters.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed. Represent the company before the DOLE, NLRC, SENA whenever necessary
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Monitors Fixed Assets management, requests, and inventory.
Monitors the maintenance of the office and supervises the Utility personnel.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Demonstrated experience in Human Resource
At least 5 years of experience as HR Supervisor/Manager with proficiency in all facets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Willing to report onsite from Monday to Saturday.
